ALL LEVELS WELCOME (no creative experience needed)
Drawing from the figure is a time old tradition, developing observational skills, experimenting, trying new mediums and finding different ways of depicting the figure. The guided classes are ideal for those wanting to learn something new, using a variety of exercises this engaging activity challenges the way we see and highlights the influence of the mind over that which is actual. Enhancing our ability to concentrate and examine detail, however we are all unique and everyone will have their own style and way of mark making, encouraging the process of acceptance and patience.
PLEASE NOTE: No photographs in the life drawing class. We would advise that these sessions are suitable for those of 16 years of age and upwards. We accept students that are finishing their G.C.S.E for portfolios.
Create your Class
The two - four hour class can be shaped for your group which would start with a series of short poses and exercises for the first hour/hour half with a break, finishing with a long pose. Paper and pencils/charcoal provided.
What's Included: For those who have not done life drawing before, or coming back after some time we provide paper, pencil/charcoal and boards. We do recommend however if do have your own materials, sketch books, pencils, pastels, charcoal etc. to bring them with you if possible.
